Can't create realm right now

I purchased a 10 person bedrock realm on Windows 10. And it indicated it could not be created right now. My CC card was charged, but still no realm after 2-days. I go back in and it says "Someone started creating a Realm with the billing account on this device. Would you like to compete... with this Xbox Live account as owner?" answer yes and it comes back with "Your purchase succeeded, but we couldn't create the Realm.... Check back later on this device."
