Minecraft, the realm, and all iOS devices tested are up to date. Affects WiFi and cellular. I am using texture pack ChromaHills (up to date) which was purchased from the Minecraft Store. This issue does not affect Minecraft for Windows 10, Switch, or Xbox. I can confirm this issue has been around for a month or so and has not been fixed. The iOS devices tested are the iPhone XS Max and iPad 6th generation.
