We had to venture sort of far out to find a new village and the villagers are frozen in place, floating, and have no AI. They sort of look like they are half transitioned. There are no work benches in the houses, just beds. Also, we noticed bells do not work, I wasn't sure if that was intended or not. We tried playing on all three versions and its the same on all Windows 10, Android, and Xbox One Realms.

hi, we also have the same problem, our incidence is 1623, we hope we have a solution, even though I think the problem is that the kingdoms do not accept the experimental game
I had this issue as well, when I was playing in my realm, New Villagers had no AI or Trades
