Game crashes when trying to change skin

My sons game keeps crashing when we click on the hanger icon to change his skin. We have tried the classic shut it off and turn it back on, as well as clearing his tasks. Still the game just shuts off each time we try to change the skin.

EDIT: I ACCIDENTALLY CREATED THIS IN REALMS, BUT HE CANT ACCESS REALMS. ITS JUST IN THE REGULAR MENU.
