The bobber casts, but the hook is still attached to the fishing rod. There is no fishing line, and no sound effect when you've caught a fish.
What I expected to happen was:
When I right click to fish, there is a casting sound effect, the hook detaches from the fishing-rod, and a bobber appears in the water. When a fish is "hooked" there is a sound effect alerting me to right click to catch it.
What actually happened was:
I right click to fish, hear 2 casting sounds, and a bobber appears in the water without a fishing line. When I see the bubbles get closer to the bobber, the bobber doesn't move, and nothing else happens. If I right click at just the right time, I can catch a fish.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Right click with fishing-rod toward water to cast it.
2. Observe no line attached to bobber and hook still attached to rod.

Yes, only on realms. I tried on single player, creative and survival and I didn't have a problem. There were a ton of bubbles under the bobber, which I'm not sure if it's supposed to look like that (I've only played the PC Minecraft before this) but the line is extended normally.
@redstonehelper can you update the affected versions to MCPE-0.16.2?
This is still an issue with the latest version of MCPE. I've reported this in the mcpe mojira, before searching in the realms mojira. And have asked of their mods to mark it as a duplicate.
The device I used to report was an android tablet running Android 6.0.1.
Thank you for your report!
