Map won't place in item frame and causes disconnect from realms MCPE

When trying to place a map in an item frame nothing happens then a few seconds later the game crashes

Issue is larger than just maps. Interacting with item frames seems to crash world. Placing items, or just placing a item frame will cause issue since the 16 update.
