This issue still exists in 1.1.5 on Win10. There's a spot in my Nether where I can not go, because it freezes up my entire MCPE Win10 app. I have to Alt-F4 it, then Alt-Tab to get my mouse cursor back, then run MCPE, rejoin the Realm and immediately start backing out of the affected zone. If I'm fast enough with the retreat, it doesn't freeze up on me again.
I've managed to unfreeze us both, by closing MCPE, reopening it, joining the Realm and immediately backing up.
It appears to be at least 1 chunk in the Nether that has the problem. It's not just a single Ghost block, it's an entire area that no one can enter. And I'd been going through it multiple times before this happened.
I converted an unused survival world to Creative and placed 3 creepers in a pond, then converted the world back to Survival. As soon as the world loaded, one of the creepers blew up, taking the other 2 with it. But the wall it was next to was not damaged.
Version 0.15.4 Android on a Samsung Galaxy Tab.
Fixed for me in 0.15.1 on Android 4.4.2.
Confirmed in 0.15.0 and 0.15.1. Did not notice it in 0.14, but have had to rebuild a few times in 15 when I got too close and they took out parts of my walls. Using Android 4.4.2
I have the same issue using Android 4.4.2 on my Samsung tablet. My son had it on his at first, but after he bought and installed the Plastic Texture Pack it was no longer happening. My guess is it's something to do with the default Texture Pack not rendering correctly at a distance of more than 16? blocks from the player.
Confirmed for Win10 v1.6.1. Multiple skeleton horses just sickening and dying for no discernable reason. I was unable to feed them apples, and didn't have any other food handy, although I tried bones and rotten flesh, just in case.
