Disconnected from server every few minutes (Realms)

Every time I try to use my realm I'm disconnected every 1-5 minutes. It's been doing this for months. I figured it might be a bug from a recent update or something but the realm is still unusable for me. Other people have been able to log on and use it without a problem. The iPad I use is new, it's up to date and it runs fine. The app itself is up to date etc. I just hope this can get figured out before I spend any more money on it. I know other people are having the same problem, but that's not to say it's not something on my end. I would just like to know how to fix it.
