[REALMS-2179] Can not change player permission status

I can not give permission to players so they can build. My operators can not either.

I am having the same issues. also some players have op or visitor status without having been changed. I cant change to member and players I want to change to op wont let me. i've tried downloading the realm, inviting player and changing in a regular world. then I replace the realm with the world where the player is op but still doesn't carry over.
