[REALMS-2261] Got stuck in the portal and building terrain forever

I was chatting while using the nether then I got stuck by the loading “building terrain” I tried to restart the game and still I am at the loading screen “building terrain” for almost an hour and also my friends’ mcpe are not loading the chunks properly. Please fix it thanks. We dont want to restart the realm
