Failed to download realms server due to "not enough data space error repirt

I purchased a new texture pack and I went to install it on my realms in order to do that obviously I need to load the realm onto my device make whatever changes and then replace it I go to try to download and it says Microsoft has locked my account so that way I can't download my Realm due to not enough storage space I have plenty of space in my device numerous people have also reported the same issue obviously there's some kind of problem with your AI dictating whether or not people can download a file onto their system
