My friends and I were just playing all together a few days ago and when I go to play realms it pops up with this error. I have tried logging out and signing back in as well as trying to close the realm or switch it to another world. I have also tried resetting the realm world with a recently saved upload and closing it. All attempts just load indefinitely. What do I do? My friends and I really just want to play

I am also seeing this.
I was having trouble connecting to my usual realms world from my laptop (usually use desktop). Tried switching to a minigame to see if it'd connect to that, it wouldn't. Now I see this error when I try to connect to my main world. The error says it's been stuck for over 4h.
Can anyone help?

My group and me are also having problems with our Realm server.
First there was an error while connecting to the server, then following the troubleshooter page, the owner tried to replace world slots as a last end solution, after which the world got stuck in switching slots. It is stuck at the moment for 23 hours.
But this is version 1.15.2
guys you have to email minecraft directly .... Extremely frustrating as it took a while to reply. they ended up crediting 1 month of that time wasted trying to resolve this issue.
Oh, no, I know, I emailed them. Then my friend emailed them. Then we went to their discord after 24h of no response. I think he made a ticket? Not sure.
But Minecraft staff is not helpful at all. It seems like someone doesn't like us playing the Java Edition... wonder why? Almost like the other issues are getting more support... but no, shouldn't be 😇 .
It really sucked. My friends and I had to wait for 34 days before the issue was resolved. Best of luck, this is the reason I am NEVER paying for another subscription to realms. That whole experience was just so frustrating.
Thanks man. Yea, it sucks, and honestly is quite disappointing and frustrating. I'm in IT and I have to say, seeing a product with this much weight and history behind it being developed like... well... I don't want to be that rude to type my thought.
But it is quite disappointing and a lot more is and should be expected from this kind of long-lasting products. But the lack of support reaction, that is the final straw...
