Player Skins Swapped When Playing on Realm

This is happening on my dedicated bedrock server as well. I play on mobile and one of my admin on Windows 10, our skins swapped randomly. When pausing, I would see my own skin, then in my inventory and in game I would see hers. I attached pictures of my inventory and pause screens.
