[REALMS-242] After update, only realm owner can get into Realm.

After the update to Minecraft Pocket Edition / Windows 10, only the realm owner can get into the realm.

Invitees to the Realm have updated their installations as well, and we can confirm that everyone is on the 1.0.0 version, yet cannot access the realm.

We are shown the "Unable to connect to world" message.

This is the reverse behavior of REALMS-240, wherein I could get into the realm without issue, but the Realm owner could not.

I can confirm this issue. Same problem here. I can get into the realm with my admin account, both from Win10 edition and PE. All clients are on v 1.0.0. But none of my four members of the realm can get in. All members are on iOS units.

Furthermore, it's not possible to access the realm from MCPE on Android unit (v1.0.0). Not even with my admin account.

Because of lack of updates on affected versions, I will resolved this bug as Cannot Reproduce.

Bug can be reopened if needed.
