Owner of a MC Realm cannot connect to realm at all

Yesterday I reactivated my Minecraft realm after 6+ months of not playing Minecraft. Then when I tired to connect I got this Your Realm Will soon be updated and I could not connect for 2 hours. My wife was able to connect to my realm but I was not. After 2 hours I was able to get in. Today I got kicked out again and I cam getting the same error message. But my Wife and a friend are connected to the realm but I cannot.

This has to be a problem with my account or how my client is connecting to the realm. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times with no luck

I would make this a Sev 1 ticket with a Critical priority because I am seeing other people with the same exact problem. When talking to them they are just shutting down their realms and not playing. So you are loosen money because people cannot connect to their own realm that they paid for. So Please make this your #1 priority.

BTW I know how Priorities work I work in IT and when students cannot connect to our Exam product over the internet it's our #1 priority. Please I dont want to close my realm and walk away because I want to play with my friends but if I can I will close my realm and walk away like others.

I'm having the same issue. Tried logging in on an Android device, Windows 10 Device, and PE device with the same message. Need an Update... eventually leading to a failed log in.

Here is a link of many more people having this issue. Mojang Support you need to make this a high priority there are a lot of people that cannot use your service that are paying for it. You should be having at least some level of 24x7 support for service that is 24x7. Even if you dont have staff on hand you should be monitoring for errors like this that notify your team.

Also the work around talked about in this forum does work if a friend invites you to the game, you do get the error message but if you hit continue the game will load. This sounds like an account flagging issue for the server. So I would look into errors for players that are reporting this issue and what is causing this flag to be turned on.

Identical behavior on iPadPro, IOS 10.2(14C92), MCPE 0.16.2. Purchased 10 player realm. Two players (non-owners) can join. As the owner, I am unable to join the other two players. Have tried rebooting ipad, uninstalling-rebooting-reinstalling mcpe. No effect.

An outage of more than 48 hours is generally compensated to the paying customers by other companies. As a paying customer, I look forward to the credit as it's been more than 48 hours.

I have been having this problem all day. Tonight, I signed out of XBox Live and signed back in, and now I can get in the Realm. Not sure if it'll keep working, but I thought it was worth noting.

+1 for this issue. I've tried re-inviting the realm owner, which lets them in briefly, but the moment they try to access settings the game freezes, and then doesn't let them back in.

I am also having this problem as of today (although I was able to connect and play earlier today). I am a Realm owner playing on a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Tablet with MCPE 1.0.
I checked my sons account on IPad and he can connect to the realm. Please let me know if I can provide any further info to assist.

Ive been stuck with this problem for 12 hours now. I cant connect on my Tab A, or on my windows 10 edition on PC. Very frustrating to see my PAID realm being unable to play. For a couple hours I got a message saying my realm was about to be updated and I would need to update my client too. Now I just sit at "Realms: This may take a few moments" until I get booted back to the world selection page. I've reset everything, tried on multiple working internet connections, reinstalled MCPE, and now I'm pretty much at a loss here. My friend was able to access the realm, despite my inability to connect to it. My 2 player realm works just fine, but all my work, and the friends I play with, are in my 10 player. A response would be nice, I see other people have had this issue posted since at least yesterday.

Anyobe still affected by this issue?
