I am also receiving this message on my realm. It happened after accidentally closing my window on Windows 10, well editing a Signs text. Happened on version 1.0, never played the game on any earlier version. Worked well for weeks and then the message appeared.

-Closed and reopened the realm
-Signed out and back into Xbox Live account (Android and Windows 10)
-Checked for updates in Windows 10 and Google Play Store
Seems the issue might resolve itself in time, gonna give it some time.
