The bug occurs only on a Minecraft Realm, my player skin and another players skin are always forced to be the same. My skin was selected to be a file on my computer, yet when he joined the realm his skin was mine. After he left and selected his intended skin again, mine changed to become his custom one. Now he has "priority" over our skin, mine will always match his.

A couple of my friends and I also experienced this. We haven't been able to resolve it at all and sometimes it just switches halfway through playing even after neither of us have left and rejoined.
