Milk Buckets empty when trying to move from inventory to storage

This happened to me with milk buckets. Storing two buckets works, but when adding a third to the crafting table the third one becomes empty.

I was half asleep when I wrote this, It was milk buckets for me too, I have edited the case to correct this.

Can confirm that this has also been happening on our 10 player Realm. Using cross-play between Windows 10 and Nintendo Switch.
