Wont let me access the pencil on my Bedrock realm

So on an account I own "Dragon Kit PvP" we pay monthly for our realms and we cant even access the pencil to change a texture pack, download a back up, or even simply open and close the realm, my friends can open theirs just fine with no problem. The message i get is "Failed to retrieve realm information, Please try again later" the update has been out for over a week and i try all day and it says the same thing. i have not been able to access it since the 1.13 update and its very frustrating when we pay money for services that dont work right but work perfectly fine for others, i have tried this on my pc and even xbox and it says the same things, there are also so many issues with 1.13 as well, please add an option to turn off the motion when u take damage, it makes me very nauseous and makes me not even want to play the game when i pay for my own realms.
