everytime i would try to replace the world for the realm it would always be stuck at "uploading world" and it would be 5.3 mb out of 5.3 mb and the only buttons i can see is cancel???
is this problem for my account only or for others too?

I'm having this issue as well. I choose Replace World, and choose the world to upload. It gets stuck on the upload process (see "error.jpg").
It stays on that screen for hours if left untouched. I have tried doing Reset World beforehand, and the result is the same.
I'm playing Windows 10 edition 1.14.30.
