When playing on a friends realm it randomly kicks us saying “disconnected from world” then for 5 minutes it says “unable to connect to world” then once we get back on the realm everything went back in time(losing progress)

I am also having this issue on Windows 10. It seems like a certain part of the world started acting weird Friday. I am trying to rollback to a version before the issues and see if I have any luck. It seems fine in single player but realms crashes constantly
