error changing world in realm

Upon entering the settings of the Real, in the "Replace world" option, after confirming the world to be used, in the "Export in progress" window it makes an export of 0MB, and in the "Initializing load" window it takes a long time but it does not start, it only indicates an error window, and it does not replace the world.
