I actually cannot enter the realm, it says that I should re enter blah blah blah, I already did it, I already leave the realm and enter again but it doesn't work

Your report does not contain enough information. As such, we're unable to understand or reproduce the problem. Your realms platform says Java but you mentioned you were trying to access it on a phone. Both cannot be true as Java realms are not accessible from Minecraft Bedrock.
