When trying to log onto realms using the switch version of Minecraft bedrock the game crashes and the switch pops up a software error has occurred, I have tried to redownload the game with no change thing else (servers, and friends worlds) work just fine.
Edit: I believe the crash is caused by the texture pack that is on the realm but I have no way to confirm, there are others that say that they can get on the realm just fine and I have tried getting on with different switchs with no change

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
