V1.14.30 Bedrock Edition
>Purchased and installed Minecraft Bedrock Edition via windows store
>Purchased a realms subscription and created a realm
>Provided share link to friends.
>Friends on joining the realm are able to interact with blocks etc. as normal, realm is set to provide members permissions to those that join via the link.
>If I join the realm my character remains frozen in the spawn location in the eyes of all other users, I can freely move about on my screen but cannot destroy blocks or interact with any other users.
I was able to work around this on Tuesday by joining the realm via a friend in my friends list. I was able to break blocks and play as normal. This means it's impossible to play on the realm without other friends already in the realm.
I have also attempted downloading the realm, changing the base permissions of myself and then re-uploading the realm as recommended in REALMS-1503, this did not resolve the issue.
Ping is perfectly stable so don't believe this is a local network issue.
Can provide video of the issue being replicated.
Switching to Wired connection (to router instead of via wifi) resolved issue.
Unsure on why this is only a problem with Minecraft considering the amount I stream & play plenty of other games...
This also isn't an issue on wifi for Java edition Minecraft, all in all I'm rather disappointed that this is the cause.
Please mark as resolved.
