Realm Backups Are Missing

I used to have a realms subscription that I activated prior to the release of Realms Plus. However, ever since Minecraft Bedrock update to 1.13, which is when realms plus was implemented, my realm subscription ended and all of my backup history was lost. I actually purchased a short subscription to realms plus to see if my backups would be there after I subscribe, but there were no backups listed at all. Surely there must be a way for an administrator to view my backup history, as Realms is a Minecraft-operated service. The world that my realm was on has lost almost a year of progress because of this bug.

I have the same or similar issue - I have automatic payments set up for Realms. Logged in today: realm is gone and so are the backups.

Edit: I think this is fixed...? I saw there was this extra "expired" realm on my account, but my backup was there. Maybe Mojang did some sort of conversion thing (I'm guessing). So there were TWO realms on my account (one active, one expired).

I downloaded the backup from the expired realm and uploaded it to the active realm.
