I can't access my worlds, realms (I have 2 of them) or marketplace. The game is connected with the xbox profile but it won't allow me to play.

Are you still having this issue? You might try logging out and back in on the device, as you should at least be able to access your "local" worlds (if any).
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.

I tried the game on a different device and it works properly, so the problem is my device after upgrading it to Android 10. I use a Samsung Galaxy A70. I hope you can help me.
