I am getting very frustrated by the lack of progress Majong is making towards fixing Realms. In at least the past three weeks now Minecraft crashes on me multiple times per day when I am in Realms. Nothing in particular triggers it, it just crashes. This happens to me or my Realm players.
Today I discovered I cannot replace my realm by resetting it, replacing the realm with a backup, or creating a new one. I keep getting errors now when trying to create or even join the realm. My Realms is useless now that I can't get in.
STOP work on new features and FIX the broken ones. This is ridiculous!!! Realms is a PAID service so fix it or refund/extend existing members accounts to compensate for the sloppy coding that is creating a nightmare for Realms players.
Shame on Mojang / Microsoft for lousy practices and going after the extra buck through the Marketplace. Start properly supporting the product! Fix my Realms account!

You're missing the whole point of my message. Marking this as resolved doesn't solve the problem of a pissed off customer!!!
This morning, I tried to log in and its still unavailable. This is not resolved, this is Mojang sweeping complaints under the rug. Â
