Hello good morning, I want to report a rooster in the realm, in my case realms plus for mobile version, it does not allow me to enter my world, and only the legend appears "it has not been able to connect to the world" I hope they can fix it soon since I even had to buy the realms service a second time and the failure continued to show up, I know they may not be able to refund me but at least I hope that they consider a compensation since it affects us users financially and they never gave a notice about the failure or any maintenance, for your attention thank you very much and I hope you can fix this soon.
