My friend on PS4 can't join my mobile realm

So I created a Minecraft realm today and I tried getting my PS4 friend onto the realm and when I invited him into the realm he got a notification saying unable to join specific server over and over again and I got my brother to get into the realm on his phone and it works and we tried on another PS4 and still didn't work
