I have a community realm, recently, every so often, it kicks everyone out...we log back in and we are set back HOURS from where we were. It has happened multiple times. I click save and exit every few minutes but it does not save. I am not even able to make a back up or change the amount of time between saves. I was in the end, my friends were making a villager trading hall...we keep getting set back again and again....

If you are all getting kicked from the realm this is almost certainly due to a crash. The crash itself should be getting forwarded to the devs automatically, however, if you can provide repeatable steps to reliable reproduce the crash feel free to log a report on that, ideally in the MCPE project with a single-player world.
We're tracking the rollback issue under MCPE-12347 so I've requested this report be resolved and linked as a duplicate.
If you would like to add a vote and any extra information to the main ticket it would be appreciated.
