I bought a realm to play mini-games with my family. I did but the subscription and bought a mini-game in the marketplace.
it worked for 1 day. the next day nobody could do anything in the world. I thought it was the world I bought I re-made the world it didn't work. I try to do a normal world and try to start from scratch but nobody could break blocks or builds houses. it is annoying because I had to pay for another world and now I do not know how to get the money back

Is everyone in the Realm set to "member". If they are set to "visitor" then they won't be able to do most interactions. If that is not the issue, does it work if only one person is logged on to the Realm? Is everyone connecting from the same location and if so, is your internet fast enough to support several players online at one time?
