Every time I purchase realms it states “We will create your realm as soon as possible.” Yet I never received the services I paid for.

How long did you wait after receiving the message that said "We will create your realm as soon as possible.”? Depending on server load it may take some time for it to finish. If you go on and try to purchase again you may end up with two realms, which is probably not what you want.

If your original realm purchase did not get created within a day, or if you need to request a refund, you will need to contact Mojang Customer Support as we can't help with specific account issues here on the bug tracker.

Also, in the future please just state the issue in the "summary" and if you need to add more details put those in the description.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
