[REALMS-3762] Minecraft realms will not let me upload a world on windows 10 edition.

Minecraft realms will not let me upload a world on bedrock.

My world should be on the realm, but it is not.

When I try to upload the world onto the realm, it says an error occurred

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the realm edit page
2. click on replace world
3. import a world
4. it may fail and give you an error
I also tried play on realms in the world edit screen and it did not work.

There was a server outage that affected Realms around 20/May to 22/May so please try uploading again. If it still does not work (or even if it does) please add a comment to REALMS-474 letting us know.
