Cannot do anything with Realms (xbox one bedrock)

My partner and i have xbox game pass ultimate on xbox one and have made a world on there after many hours. I also have bought java edition for pc but found out it was not compatible to transfer my world via realms (I signed up for realms trial plan). So I then bought the game again for windows 10 and went to transfer my world from xbox, i chose to replace world. It exports and initializes and then says FAILED, AN ERROR OCCURED. 

I have tried over and over, renaming the world, using a copy, using a new small world, using the menu within the world, using the menu within the Realms settings. I recently bought a new pc just to do all this so i could play there and i feel really sad that i can't! I can't even reset the realm world because it says failed to connect to realms. I can join the premade realm template but it takes a long time to connect.

I also cannot restore from any backups for the realms world. Our internet it quite fast and nothing else on the xbox is affected. We are connecting wirelessly but the router is only about 1.5m away in the same room. Deleting cache also did not help. Tried uploading various times through the day AM and PM.
