Every time I try replacing the world on my Realm with the one I intended on using, its appears to complete the upload but then shows an error. It's doing this on multiple platforms and will not let me upload any new world to the realm.

That ticket was simply used as the parent for all of the duplicates since it was already in the system. Mojang is working on the problem, as noted in the description with REALMS-474 so something is likely to be changed.
