When I'm on the realm playing with my friends, every 20 to 25 minutes it takes us out of the realm and nothing of our progress is saved since the last backup. It happens to us since today that we started connecting again, because we had stopped playing for about a week.

Also note that the crash that takes you out of the realm will be reported automatically and handled internally. However, if you can list steps to reliably reproduce the crash this can be helpful and a new ticket can be submitted for that.
