I've been trying to play on a Minecraft realm on bedrock, but whenever I join the textures don't load, with or without texture packs. I've been missing some very fun things happening over there, and I was hoping that you guys could fix this.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.

What texture packs are being used on the Realm itself, if any? Please include a screenshot showing the problem.
