When myself or my friends try to log onto my realm an error message appears saying 'unable to connect to world'
I googled the issue and many responses said to download a copy of my world, then reset the realm the upload the copy to the realm and see if it works. However I am now not able to download my World either.
When trying to download my world Mincraft freezes on "initializing download" screen. I have left it be for an extended period of time but nothing changes.
I have tried unistalling the game, reinstalling the game. Deleting data on xbox drive. Saving/resetting to previous back up. Signing out of my account and signing back in. Removing my frinds off of the realm and resetting member access then closing game, starting it up again and trying to load in. None of these suggestions found in the forums have worked.
