[REALMS-4114] Im unable to play with my friend whos on ps4.

Im on PC and have Minecraft Windows and my friend is on PS4... we followed the instructions carefully but we are still unable to join each other online whether its on Realms or not... Although my other friends can who are on PC and Xbox. Cross platform may be playing up not sure.

PS4 does not yet support Realms. For other multiplayer issues see MCPE-36190.

I have the same issue but from the ps4 perspective. Before the update I was able to play with cross platform friends. Now I cannot.
