Will not let us join see attached picture

I try and my friends to join the realm and it says failed to connect, io.netty.channel.abstractChannel and other stuff wont let us join for last 2 days

This appears to be a duplicate of REALMS-5600 which was later fixed. As of now, you should no longer encounter this problem.
