My realm runs perfectly fine and everything until the realm closes when everyone leaves. Then when people load the realm back up it is rolled back to where the last 1-2 hours are not saved on the realm. I would love to know what the issue could be, but now that I think about it, the realm seems to roll back when someone goes and explores the nether.

Same. Just lost almost two hours of grinding XP on an Enderman farm to enchant the a new set of armor and tools after loosing everything in the new Nether.
When I logged back on, I was at the farm, but before starting the grind.
Screw this so much, what a waste of time! Realms are so F'ed up rn.

I have the exact same issue. Realm members and I will make progress then after we all leave it will be reverted to the last backup 2hrs ago (the one before 1.16 update)

I had the exact same issue. In the first case I stopped at a point, it saved, and then I continued for about 3 hours. When I left and got back on it put me in the same spot. I thought it was weird and played for another 20 minutes, then saved, shut down minecraft, and reopened. It put me in the correct spot of where I should have been at that point. I played for another 4 hours and then left for a bit. When I opened realms back up it put me all the way back to the original point, almost 7.5 hours of playtime lost.
