[REALMS-444] Can't hold left click with shovel to do more than one block

Since updating to 1.2.0 on windows 10 edition in my realm I can no longer hold left click with a shovel to clear more than one block at a time. It will just clear the first block and then stop. Pick axes still work just shovels as far as I can tell. My single player works it still works just fine in.

This seems to be a problem with efficiency enchantment. I have efficiency 5 on the shovel that doesn't work. If I use a shovel without the enchantment it's fine. I have the same issue with a pickaxe with efficiency 5, but only when mining netherack. It appears to be something with a tool being too efficient for what it's trying to remove. Something like it does it too fast so it doesn't do the next one.

Same problem, anything that would take one hit to mine (i.e.. sugarcane, crops along with blocks)

I am having the same problem. In Windows 10 I must left click for every block I want to break with my shovel, except I am not on realms, I am just playing single player. In case it matters, I am using a diamond shovel enchanted with Silk Touch, Unbreaking 3, Efficiency 5, & Mending.
