will not allow renewal of subscription

Today is the last day of my subscription to minecraft realms. I went to go renew the subscription but it says that "You started your subscription in the windows store. You can only extend your subscription there." I can still log onto the realm for today, but if the realm is cancelled I will have to re-add everyone and all the realm posts will be gone. Please respond if you know how to fix this issue.

Hello,

On the picture, it shows the "Manage Subscriptions" button what does it show as an option? Have you logged on to your Microsoft account to see if you can extend your subscription there?

Also, if this issue does not get resolved today and the realm does expire you can still download your realm world within 18 months after expiry. I'm not sure if it will still save your realm posts but it is an option.

Are you still having this issue? When you went to the Windows store to manage the subscription were you not able to do so?

I am having the same issue and the renew button isn't showing up just close realm and manage subscriptions and when I go to manage subscriptions on the windows store it isn't there

I'm having this same issue since after NETHER Updates. I'm voting this up since I already request for refund once and will ask for refund twice if this is not resolved. 

Here's my request:
1- Where's the link stating I can subscribe Realms Plus on Microsoft Store (please provide an URL of that store page).
2- What's an option to make Realms Plus Subscription work again like before NETHER Update?
3- I was asked to click CREATE (while I already created my realms) after I click Extend button on this page. Whereas I should be asked to "EXTEND".

If you purchased your subscription from one of the other platforms (Google Play/Android; Playstation; Nintendo; Windows Marketplace/Xbox; Apple/iOS), you will need to contact that store directly to extend or otherwise modify the account. We do not have access to these subscription services.|

 

Bad luck Mojang. I've reached Microsoft Support today and they said:

I demand an explanation from this? Is this in-game bug or payment gateway fault? In any way, this is not merely a transaction issues (to put it bluntly).

 

I'm adding new comment, to follow up with the realms case, the screenshot given on former comment was the first attempt to extend the realms. The second one (which happened on the same day as the former comment) indicates I have 0 Days Remaining on Realms Plus Subscription.

Today I checked this and receive only 13 days of Realms Plus Subscription. What is this mean? This is problem is not funny. I was asked to pay full for a month and get 13 days only?

Edited: However on Subscription page at Settings still indicates 0 Days remaining. 

Note: The Realms goodies like benefits, skin, maps, are not available until now.
