After playing for a while, leaving the realm, and then joining back on, the realm seems to have rolled back 30 min-1 hour of a progress (maybe more). This has happened twice in the same day (7/2/20). I have also experienced odd bugs, such as boats disappearing entirely or flying into blocks and disappearing once dismounting. I also noticed doors glitching out. I know these things aren't because of a poor internet connection. This all also only happened/started today.
