I wanted achievements again in my realm so I used MCC Tool Chest to allow them again and I did that but when I tried to upload to the realm it said upload failed (I know that's a duplicate but I should mention that). So I tried about 10 times and finally it got past exporting world and whatever it said next was there for like 20 minutes. So then I gave up and pressed the X button at the top of my computer. For some reason I could not join the realm it just loaded until the connection timed out. Finally after a while I joined and stuff was duplicated out of place and just weird there was achievements but I had to clean for a while. My friend said he has not joined in a while so it was not him.
To recreate this you should take a big world over 95mb like mine.
Try to replace realm with it this should take a few tries to not have an error.
Wait about 5m on the thing after Exporting world I think its Initializing upload.
Press ALT F4.
Watch your world fall into ruins.

Did you try opening your local copy of the world after editing it and were the terrain changes visible there also?
Since you did not wait for the upload to complete, it is hard to determine what state the world was left in.
Issues directly related to use of third-party editing tools are not generally accepted on the bug tracker.

Yes there were no issues with the world before all I did was click on the hasbeenloadedincreative and set it to 0 instead of 1. I went and farmed my farm and stuff but when I uploaded to the realm some of my progress was gone and random things happened like those chickens.
Also the world settings were different on each world the one that was on the realm and the one I uploaded. For the most part the settings were uploaded to the realm but the terrain was mostly left alone except for the chickens and the ravine, and the fact it is almost impossible to join the realm now it takes like 5 minutes to load if the connection does not time out. Before it took like 5 seconds for me to get on.

If you mean not modified with the mcctool chest no I cannot any large world will not work.

I am able to play my large worlds offline just fine, but nothing seems to be able to upload. All of my worlds are over 50mb. It keeps saying there was an error.

We're tracking this issue in REALMS-474, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate. Please note the latest information updates in this ticket.
If you would like to add a vote and any extra information to the main ticket it would be appreciated.
Based on the information provided, it does not appear that the upload was completed successfully (window was closed without finishing) after getting the same errors as reported in REALMS-474 several times. So it is impossible to determine what actually happened and why some areas were apparently altered.
If you can still reproduce that specific issue after a completed upload, feel free to create a new report with specific steps that someone else can follow to reproduce it.
