If you cancel or get an error when replacing a world there may be a delay while the Realm recovers to the previous valid state, so please try reopening again after waiting a few minutes. Also note that when you replace the world, there might not be any progress shown, so it is best to let it continue. If you get an error trying to replace / upload a Realm that is being tracked as REALMS-474.
Finally, we cannot help you manage your Realm via the bug tracker. If you are still unable to access your realm you will need to contact Mojang Customer Support
