Less than a month ago I created a new 10 player realm, it wasn’t letting me replace the world with anything, even worlds that I just created. Frustrated that I wasted money I e-mailed asking for a refund and was told to contact Nintendo support, being too much of a run around I decided to accept the loss and move on. I got zero use out of that realm for almost a full month. Last night, a friend and I decided we’d like to turn our new survival world into a realm, so I literally clicked on our world and selected “play on realms” just to go ahead and purchase yet Another realm, this time being a 2 player realm. Sure enough, it loaded up some random seed, instead, and every time I try to replace the realm with our world it does the same old “level export failed” immediately, like within 2 seconds or less every time. I’ve reset the realm, closed and re-opened it, restart my system, tried every possible scenario. Beyond frustrated at this point, I want to know what I can do to fix this or if there’s nothing I can do on my end. For the record, I had a 10 player realm last year and kept it running for over half a year, so it’s not as if I don’t know what I’m doing. These issues never existed prior to the 1.16 update. I want to be able for my friend to play without me having to sign on and if I’m unable to, I’m contemplating asking for a refund and literally quitting Minecraft because of this. Please help.
