I was working on a stair case and fell to a flat square floor and died, dropping all my loot on the ground. I spawn around 30 blocks away and get back to my stuff very fast. Only to find my netherite pickaxe is now gone.
For no real reason, my pickaxe just disappeared.
Lucky for me i can just turn the server back and get my pick back... but this has now happaned a few times and i don't understand why.
