If you haven't already, you might like to make use of the search feature to see if the issue has already been mentioned.
Unfortunately we cannot provide a refund through the bug tracker. For that you will need to contact Mojang Customer Support or the online store for your device.
There are some suggestions with the REALMS-474 ticket, but if you happen to be using a Nintendo Switch they may not work. There is a fix that should be available in an upcoming release, but we do not know when that will be available. Otherwise, I would really just keep trying to do the upload as it may eventually work. I am sorry that I can't help you more.
